Fit to be Fried

I submit to you that the current body of Congress has been remiss in their duties and should be removed from office, for allowing an invasion of over twenty million illegal aliens¹ from nations south of the U.S. to cross our borders, usurping jobs and social benefits from native-born and naturalized citizens as well as legal migrant workers on temporary visas. Many argue that these people are all here to work, to do the jobs Americans won’t do. This is a lie- Americans won’t work for the unfair wages paid under the table to illegal aliens; it’s not that they won’t do the jobs.

I know this from personal experience- when working as a stonemason’s apprentice for M. Coastal Masonry out in Palm Springs, Ca., I was the only non-latino, and only english-speaker, other than the foreman. When I complained of having to work nights and weekends without recieving overtime, I was almost immediately let go. It’s also been said that these people just wish to enjoy the freedoms they do not receive in their own countries, but I’ve seen many picket signs bearing socialist, marxist, and straight-up communist slogans and imagery at nearly every illegal alien amnesty rally that’s been held, along with the flags of their home countries, as opposed to our own “Old Glory”.

I’m sure I’ll be called a racist by some for what I’m saying, but I know the truth. I have nothing against American-born latin-americans, nor do I have any problems with any immigrant who has become a naturized citizen by going through the proper channels. In truth, it’s the legal immigrants who may be getting hurt the worst by all of this. Whose front group is “La Raza” (literally, “the RACE”)? Who’s the racist, really?

Take a look around at any May Day rally, and you’ll see posters and propaganda proclaiming the will of the “Reconquista”, and the desire to return what they call “Aztlan” (the area of land comprised of Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, and parts of Nevada, Utah and Colorado) back to the hands of the Latin-American/Mestizo population. They truly believe that this land is theirs, even though Mexico sold most of it to us. The parts that weren’t sold to us were bought with the blood of courageous freedom fighters, such as Davy Crockett, Jim Bowie, and William B. Travis.

Were their lives given for nothing? Remember folks, it wasn’t just white men fighting for independence in Texas- There was Juan Antonio Badillo, Damacio Ximenes, Carlos Espalier (protege’ to Jim Bowie), and Jose Maria Esparza, just to name a few. All considered themselves Texans, not Mexicans. And that’s just the list of latino Texan freedom fighters; there were also blacks, Native Americans, the Irish(who were, at the time, discriminated against almost as much as any other minority) etc… It was those native Texans and those who had come to settle there that people from all over the world had come to defend. The battle for the Alamo was truly a shining example of interracial cooperation towards a common goal, and not a racist land-grab as the “Reconquistas” would like you to believe.

“Remember the Alamo”, it’s not just a call to arms, and was never a slur against latinos. “REMEMBER THE ALAMO!”, the very phrase begs you to remember what people of many lands will be willing to do for a just and noble cause. What these illegal aliens are doing now spits on the ideals of freedom, liberty and equality that these brave men laid down their lives for. As a proud, naturalized Texan (I was born in California, which had it’s own, albeit lesser, revolution against Mexico), it makes me sick to see the disrespect being paid to these men’s memory, even at the site where they made their final sacrifice.

I’m sorry, I digress. it’s just that I got to looking at the above pic, with the Mexican flag once again flying at the Alamo. It filled me with so much disgust, I almost threw up. Let’s get back to our current problem, that of illegal immigration, and the threat illegal aliens pose to our society. Let’s get back to what Congress is NOT doing about it.

Violent crime is on the upswing in these communities, thanks to the importation of foreign gangs such as MS-13; In fact, one out of three prisoners in the American Justice System is an illegal alien; shouldn’t that fact alone be enough evidence that there is a clear and present danger that Congress, through it’s inaction (and in some cases, actions) has been supporting? We should all be on guard against the sob stories they try to feed us, telling us that we should welcome these “poor, huddled masses, yearning to breath free” with open arms. Telling us, “There’s nothing we can do, we can’t deport them all”. LIKE HELL WE CAN’T!!! Their lies are nothing more than propaganda to allow them to set up what is virtually a new slave-state, made up of an indigent and poorly educated working class that is easily lead through the promise of government hand-outs, like an ass by a carrot dangling from a stick. The more of them we let in, the worse it’s going to get, people.

The slave-state issue leads me to my next argument; that the illegal aliens are also bringing with them the socialist views that are prevalent in Central and South America. It’s not even hidden- what fifty years ago would have had the general populace taking up arms in the streets for fear that the Reds would take over, is instead old hat. One expects the obligatory Che Guevara posters and socialist propaganda these days, to be widespread among the crowds at any illegal immigrant rally. This is what our fathers and grandfathers went to Korea, Vietnam, and Grenada to prevent, and ours is the generation that’s just rolling over and letting the commies stroll right in and poison the minds of our youths. More importantly, our lawmakers, including all three presidential candidates(all of whom are currently sitting Senators) seem to support this trend.

Through either apathy or collusion , nearly every member of the current sitting Congress is guilty, and should be immediately removed from Capitol Hill and banished, never to return. Call in the National Guard and the Police, lead them out by gunpoint in full view of the public, and show the entire nation how collaborators should be dealt with. I’m not even sure putting them all before a firing squad for what they’ve done would be unjust.
